IronCross

Where do I even begin with IronCross. How about the fact that it takes FOREVER to get out of the prison. There are two areas to gain money from. The Nursery; where you just chop down wood, and the Mine; you just gather Cobblestone, Iron, and Coal. Both of these are awful. Iron ingots sell for $22, that's the most expensive things to sell. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't cost $15000 to buy your freedom. And if you want a place to rest after all that mining, well jst head into your dorm. Oh wait, they cost money to stay in them for 3 days. Not only that, but it also cost money to feed yourself. Let's head out of the money issue and head into the PvP issue. The hall, and dorms are both PvP. So if you want to have a nice walk you better do it in the Nursery. The safe places are Spawn, the Mine and Nursery, the Mess Hall (No Free Food), and the Shop. Then they act like they're giving you a bone by having a public chest. There is nothing to put in them, unless you have a thing for Iron. Besides that, the members are awful. I've personally have had my Iron stolen becuase I wanted to try and buy my freedom. Not only that, but the staff won't intervine and give you your stuff back. The staff will even go to their lengths to try and make it harder to get free. Now I don't have much experince with prison servers, but I can tell you this one is a waste of time.

MineCraft Hunger Games

Most if not all of you should know about the MineCraft Hunger Games server. Well it just wouldn't be right if I didn't do a test of it, even if all of you played it. Before I begin, I have to tell you. I tested the server with my friend Kate. (QtheOmnipotent.) We'd played as a team which is the best way to play the MineCraft Hunger Games server, but you all know that. Now unlike most Hunger Games, this is played with up to 100 players, and blocks can be broken. Not only that but you also don't start out with chests. Chests do make an apperence in "Feast" and "Mini-Feast", both of which I have never gotten. I'm not sure what they are filled with, but I do know that they do have Diamond weapons and armor, and in the Feast an Enchanting Table does apper. I'm guessing, but it is obvious, that there is food there. Staff don't inforce rules! Cursing, advertising, spam, etc. aren't allowed, but they do happen. This can be an inconvenience, especially if you're younger and don't want to be exposed to that. Further on, you can pick kits to have to start things off. In the beginning you get 3 defult kits that change over time. You can only choose form these three. They are plenty of other kits, but they MUST be bought. For those that  do buy kits it's almost an unfair advantage for those who can't afford, or refuse to buy kits. The stronger, better kits are most likely going to always need to be bought and this can be annoying as they are way to over-powering. Don't let this stop you though. As I said, having a team boosts the fun and makes it easier to win. In my opinion, this game is fun and unique, but the kits create an imbalance that is hard to overlook.

Cookie Slap

Today I went on the Cookie Slap server. As the name implies, the point of the game is to slap people with an enchanted cookies and gain points. This can be tedious for most, as the constant hitting can cause lag and make it as if you never hit the person, and if you get hit yourself then you get flung with the power of three TNT. (Give or take.) Although it's quite annoying to be hit, it does offer quite the challenge. Heading to the mechanics, Cookie Slap offers to different arenas to fight in, these arenas then break off into 8 different sub-arenas. All offer different maps to play on, most built by users themselves. When in an arena they can range from 5 to 50 players on. And some maps aren't built to be a fighting arena. Some are races, in which all players have to use all their parkour skills in order to reach the "Hill" which in reality is a diamond block. By reaching the Hill you are givin a complete set of golden armor; that doesn't stop any damage, and your cookie is replaced with suger, which lights people on fire when hit. Besides the prestigious title as "King of the Hill" and the all mighty suger you are gain 5 points every few seconds. Once again, not all maps are like this, but they aren't rare. Cookie Slap does offer more then just slapping people with a glowing cookie. The do have two other games to play. One is the Dungeon, sadly I need to be a Donator to play it and couldn't test it out. It won't be this way forever though, it's just in Beta version. The other game is Build. It's basiclly Creative Mode, utterly useless though. For one to protect your building you need t add a sponge block, simple. That is until someone places a sponge on a mountain and makes it unusable to everyone else. And if you forget to the place a sponge... greifers will not take pity.

A few extra notes. If you want to change games quickly you can /server, and if you want to skip the map you're on then do /skip. Finally, there is also a Lounge (Donator only, sorry) and a Spleef game that I didn't play mainly because I don't enjoy Spleef games. It did look very fun though, so don't have me be the thing stopping you from grading.
